What's your return policy?


Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the law of your jurisdiction.

NEVILLEE accepts refunds and exchanges on all our items within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure:

  • Proof of purchase at NEVILLEE.com must be provided,
  • All tags must be in tact and attached,
  • Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed (i.e. no make up stains or damages to the garment fabric),
  • Simply email us to returns@NEVILLEE .com and we'll issue an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

The shipping costs incurred by a return and or exchange of product(s) are not covered or reimbursed by NEVILLEE.

To be fair to our customers, all products must be returned in the original condition with no defects. We pride ourselves on delivering quality product and as a customer, if you received a faulty product, you would not be impressed. Therefore, we keep our standards high so that every customer receives a quality product. If a returned product comes back damaged (such as a make up stain or a tear to the fabric), you will be billed the full price of the garment as we will no longer be able to sell that damaged product. Please take care when trying on a garment as silk is a delicate fabric and we aim to provide the highest quality to all our customers.

Return on Set Pieces category:

Any Return of an item from a set piece category, the refund will be calculated as follows;

Refund amount = Total Sale Price minus full sale price of the non-return item(s).


How To Make A Return:

  • Email us at returns@nevillee.com and will be organise a return number, address and label to be included in the shipment back to us.
  • Pack up your unwanted items in any box or satchel
  • Place the return label on top
    • We will send you an email once we have your returns and your exchange is on its way
    • NEVILLEE can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

How To Exchange For A New Size:
  • Log into your NEVILLEE account (top right of the screen)
  • Once on your account page, locate your order under Order History
  • Click the "EXCHANGE" button
  • Follow the steps to your new size (we can not exchange for different styles or colors, only size)
  • Your new size will ship out right away once we receive old item, giving you 7 days to return the original item
  • Enjoy your new size!
Once the items have been received, you will receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost)
