Why is my code not working?

Troubleshooting tips:

New Customer Discounts
  • New customer discounts only apply to your first order. If you are a new customer, double check that you are logged into your new account before entering the code.
Using Two Codes
  • Our policy permits one promotion / coupon code per order. We recommend using the promotion with the best discount - but you already knew that!
    Digital Gift Cards
    • Digital Gift Card orders are excluded from all promotions.
    Promotional Codes
    • Promotional codes often have restrictions attached such as product, order total or timeframe. If the code is not working, double check your cart to make sure the your order meets the requirements.
