Can I change the shipping address on my order?


As long as the order has not been dispatched, we can change the address. Please email us serviceplease@nevillee.com to check the status. Please provide your order number and the correct shipping address, we'll take care of you.

Once you receive the Shipping Notification email, your order has been affixed with a DHL/ Australian Post label and we will make any updates through the system. This may cause delivery delays.
